Meet The Team

Nic Smith founded Smith Pharmacy in 2013 with a vision of creating a community pharmacy where patients always come first. With more than 20 years of pharmacy experience, he enjoys staying current on new treatment options and working alongside patients and healthcare providers to improve quality of life. His passion for independent pharmacy comes from the ability to provide personalized care without the limitations of a corporate setting. Outside of the pharmacy, Nic enjoys coaching softball, following Wisconsin sports, learning about sports nutrition, and spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their four daughters.

Dan joined Smith Pharmacy in 2020 and is passionate about helping patients achieve better health through creative problem-solving and personalized care. He enjoys finding innovative solutions, whether through compounding medications or helping patients overcome barriers to successful treatment. Dan appreciates the collaborative, patient-focused culture at Smith Pharmacy, where every team member is encouraged to think creatively and put patients first. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, running, endurance events, and staying active while continually challenging himself with new fitness goals.

Khaypha began her journey with Smith Pharmacy during her clinical pharmacy rotations in 2020 and has been passionate about serving patients ever since. She believes that educating patients about their medications empowers them to take an active role in their health and is one of the most rewarding parts of being a pharmacist. Khaypha enjoys helping patients navigate medication costs, understand their treatment plans, and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. Outside the pharmacy, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, Albert, and their two children, Theodore and Penelope.

Lindsey first joined Smith Pharmacy as a pharmacy student in 2017 and officially became part of the team in 2020 before taking on the role of Smith Pharmacy's first long-term care pharmacist in 2021. She enjoys being an accessible healthcare resource for patients and providers while helping improve medication adherence through compliance packaging and specialized long-term care services. Lindsey is especially passionate about supporting hospice patients and their families with compassionate, personalized care. Outside the pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and making memories with her husband, Jake, their three daughters, and their rescue dog, HuBoo.

Kevin joined Smith Pharmacy in 2023, bringing over two decades of community pharmacy experience. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed building trusted relationships with patients and helping them live healthier, happier lives. He appreciates the personalized approach that independent pharmacy offers and values being able to put patients before corporate metrics. When he's not at the pharmacy, Kevin enjoys birding, coin collecting, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, their three children, and their dog and cat.

Kris has been a member of the Smith Pharmacy team since 2024 and enjoys combining science, critical thinking, and compassionate care to make a positive impact on patients' lives. She values the opportunity to continually learn while ensuring medications are safe, accurate, and effective for every patient. Kris appreciates the supportive, team-focused environment at Smith Pharmacy and enjoys working alongside coworkers who share the same commitment to exceptional care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, playing board games with family, and spending time with her husband, stepsons, and beloved pets.

Sarah joined Smith Pharmacy in December 2024 and enjoys combining her love of science and mathematics with her passion for helping others. She finds the patient-pharmacist relationship especially rewarding and is committed to educating patients, solving medication concerns, and helping find affordable treatment options whenever possible. Sarah believes personalized care plays an important role in improving the health and well-being of every patient she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, fostering dogs, learning stained glass art with her mom, and spending time with her husband, Tony, and their dogs, Winnie and Ruby.

Maddy joined Smith Pharmacy in 2024 as a pharmacy student during her final year of pharmacy school and officially became a pharmacist with the team after graduating in 2025. She was drawn to pharmacy because it offered the perfect opportunity to combine her passion for healthcare with helping patients understand and safely manage their medications. Maddy especially enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and taking the time to educate them on new medications and devices so they feel confident in their care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, Yooper and Lambeau.

Jenny joined Smith Pharmacy in the fall of 2025 and loves that pharmacy allows her to combine her passion for science, math, and helping people. She enjoys solving medication-related problems behind the scenes, from managing drug interactions to finding the best treatment options for patients. Jenny also appreciates that every day presents an opportunity to learn something new. She values the welcoming, supportive culture at Smith Pharmacy and enjoys being part of a team that truly listens and cares. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, reading, puzzles, and spending time with her two children and golden retrievers.
